SKA - 0020 - TCTO/Supplement Editor II, Location: RAFB, GA

This individual monitors assignment/tracking of Time Compliance Technical order numbers, data codes and Operational Supplement numbers. Must have a working knowledge of applicable military standards and specifications. This individual develop assembly sheets for printing of produced data. The assembly sheet, technical data, and any applicable templates are transferred to a media for delivery. Coordination of delivery to either the USAF or RSAF is then accomplished. Must be able to provide assistance to other team members during periods of peak production requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following:

  • Must coordinate with USAF and team members to properly develop/edit both TCTOs and operational supplements.
  • Utilize provided hardware and software to update existing and develop new technical data and illustrations.
  • Interface with USAF and other contractors as required.
  • Provide assistance to other team members during periods of peak production requirements.
  • Possess and maintain an active security clearance.
  • Travel in support of technical data conferences, meetings, reviews, validations, verifications, and other technical data related activities when requested and approved by the AF Program Office and the PCO. Such travel and per diem may be for both CONUS and OCONUS travel.
  • Provide support and data as requested for administrative purposes and in support of the ISO certification.
  • Must perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

Contracts Manager, PROS IV (Stockbridge, GA) – Job # SKA-0016

Manage and direct contract efforts associated with sustainment-support of foreign military customers for the PROS IV Program. Senior Program Manager, PROS IV - Stockbridge, GA – Job # SKA-0010

Provide overall program management and leadership on assigned program. Interfaces with the customer on requirements, CDRLS, and other matters as needed. Advises the Director of Air Force Programs on numerous matters, including contractual, logistical, performance and financial issues. Serves as the program lead responsible for technical leadership, direction, strategic and tactical planning, and oversight in the management and administration of task orders for the assigned program. Logistic Management Support Level 3 - Saudi Arabia

Provide all necessary non-personal labor and services to complete tasks specified in support of WR-ALC/GRMI Conversion and Sustainment Programs. These tasks may be direct or indirect in support of the program office management operations and/or individual or multiple programs or projects supporting United States, FMS, and/or weapon system users.

Support multi-function team meetings and interfaces with WR-ALC/GRMI customers in support of assigned projects, identify potential project impacts, assist in the formulation of alternative problem solutions/strategies, and assist with the identification, assessment and tracking of action items arising from these meetings. These duties involve preparing draft correspondence, analyses, and reports, as necessary, to support the Conversion effort, assisting in editing and issuing documents in final form and attending team meetings, field surveys, and WR-ALC/GRMI meetings with customers. In addition, the successful candidate will provide technical and logistics plan inputs, maintain various databases (which include, but are not limited to: action item tracking, system reliability, and asset tracking) and prepare studies/reports for various programs and projects. These tasks may be direct or indirect in support of the program office management operations and/or individual or multiple programs or projects supporting United States, FMS, and/or weapon system users.

Support multi-function team meetings and interfaces with WR-ALC/GRMI customers in support of assigned projects, identify potential project impacts, assist in the formulation of alternative problem solutions/strategies, and assist with the identification, assessment and tracking of action items arising from these meetings. These duties involve preparing draft correspondence, analyses, and reports, as necessary, to support the Conversion effort, assisting in editing and issuing documents in final form and attending team meetings, field surveys, and WR-ALC/GRMI meetings with customers. In addition, the successful candidate will provide technical and logistics plan inputs, maintain various databases (which include, but are not limited to: action item tracking, system reliability, and asset tracking) and prepare studies/reports for various programs and projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage substantial design, development, integration test and documentation operations for military systems/subsystems.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/order support activities.
  • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
  • Interpret organizational policies, purposes and goals for subordinates.
  • Manage logistics support, including supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, modification, reliability, validation and maintainability or military systems/equipment required for complex military systems.

  • Activities may involve travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Education and/or Experience: A BS and/or MS in Engineering, Business, Logistics or related scientific/technical discipline OR, with no degree, at least six (6) years of experience in acquisition and/or sustainment of military systems. Also requires extensive background in technical program management and leadership.

Acquisition Program Management Analyst Level 3 - Saudi Arabia

Participate in the development, coordination, and execution of major program milestones. Additionally, the individual will act as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) member and support meetings and interfaces with WR-ALC/GRMI customers in support of assigned projects, identify potential project impacts, assist in the formulation of alternative problem solutions/strategies, and assist with the identification, assessment and tracking of action items arising from subject meetings. This requires the successful candidate to act as a functional expert in defense system acquisition, life cycle logistics and acquisition program management, working effectively both independently and a part of a collaborative team.

Additionally, the Acquisition Analyst will develop, establish, and implement (after U.S. Government approval) contractual, financial, and technical aspects of assigned projects/programs through designated phases of the acquisition cycle. He/she will assist WR-ALC/GRMI Program Managers in the development of major acquisition documents such as Life Cycle Management Plan and Acquisition Strategy Plan charts. At least 20 years related acquisition management experience required, at least five (5) of which were in a leadership position. Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes as contained in the DoD 5000 series directives required. Acquisition Professional with Level 3 Program Management DOD Acquisition Certification (DAWIA) or industry equivalent. Experience with Acquisition Category (ACAT) I or ACAT IA programs required.

Program Manager – Austin, TX

Description: A successful candidate for Program Manager (PM) shall have a background in field supervision in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security guard service. Other supervisory experience maybe considered upon evidence of similar leadership experience. The candidate must posses or is able to obtain within 30 days a State of Texas Qualified Manager’s License. The PM will supervise up to seven subordinate supervisors and seventy armed employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the client’s policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training security officers and/or support employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, providing initial and recurring professional training on a variety of security related topics. Previous experience in working with a Union is highly desirable.

Qualifications:Supervisory personnel are required to meet all medical requirements, be licensed in the State of Texas, pass all training and certification requirements including the basic firearms course, firearms practical qualification, and be able to pass a background investigation prescribed by the government. Bachelor's degree (B.
